WileyStrahan

SVP of Transition & Strategy at Weber Logistics, leading M&A. Former Maersk VP and $500M+ P&L owner, and co-founder of Maersk's Innovation Center. Founder of Recharge Venture Group. Building at the intersection of logistics, technology, and small business ownership.

About

A career built on operating with care and shipping what's next.

I started my career managing 200 people on warehouse floors at McMaster-Carr, where I learned that great operations are built by people, not systems.

From there, I moved to DaVita Kidney Care, advising the C-suite on a capital allocation committee approving $400M a year in new development.

I then spent 8 years at Maersk — co-founding their first Innovation Center, leading digital transformation across AI, computer vision, and digital twins, and ultimately running a $500M+ P&L as Vice President of Heavy Bulky Product & Operations. My team turned a loss-making division to profitability in three months.

Today I'm SVP of Transition & Strategy at Weber Logistics, a private-equity-backed West Coast 3PL, where I lead M&A — sourcing, diligence, and post-close integration — as the platform scales.

On the side, I buy and invest in small businesses through Recharge Venture Group. I believe the backbone of the economy deserves better ownership transitions.
